NOTE -
Due to an unexpected rise in demand in the last 4 weeks, we’ve had to temporarily relocate our warehouse. As a small family owned operation, it’s been an honor to serve this many of you. In order to serve you better in the future, our new warehouse will be able to keep up with this increased demand at a much faster speed.
This will affect the processing times for all orders placed after January 17th. (and the our normal processing times as listed below will be affected) While shipping times will still remain the same, our processing times are currently experiencing a delay, and we will get your item processed as soon as possible. We will be keeping an eye on all packages and all tracking routes, so please do not worry, & rest assured your order is on its way.

Our goal is to process all orders within 3 business days. Please note that various factors like incomplete payment, insufficient address details, or seasonal demand may affect processing times. In such cases, we'll email you to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Please be aware that customs taxes or duties imposed by your country are not covered by us. It's your responsibility to handle these charges. For clarification on rates, contact your country's customs office. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, as this is beyond our control.
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order post-payment, reach out to us, and we'll assist you. However, we can't guarantee cancellation if the order is already in processing or shipping stages. If processing or shipping has occurred, you'll need to initiate a product return.
